Take out the fat and you just swap it for higher sugar, which is arguably worse.

My mate works on an organic dairy farm, only supplies to the local area, when you find their milk it’s noticeably nicer than supermarket. Cows are very well looked after too

Had an email to say if you bought anything in the last couple of days your card details have been stolen by hackers. I’ve cancelled and requested a new card just incase

I’ve been frequenting our local company shop of late (members only surplus food shop, sign up if you’re on benefits, work for the NHS, or in my case volunteer for a charity)

Have you added your card to your phone? Opens with NFC and will start the car when phone placed in charging dock.. it’s a helpful back up but I like it unlocking when approached so still use key.

While it was on the ramps, it was good to see there was no rust at all. It isn't even undersealed, but I'll do that next year.

Come over the Pennines into the Lake District for the weekend, wasn’t sure what to expect with all the ups and downs but Puma still returned an average of 40mpg, really pleased with that. It’s proving to be the perfect everyday vehicle for me, big enough boot to throw a load of tools in when ...
