Jesus, what’s doing their hot water????!!! Average invented cylinder is usually 120-150l in an ordinary house, maybe up to 250 or so in bigger places. At 1100 litres it’ll need a huge amount of hot water input and probably need a circulating heater like a hot tub just to maintain temperature ...

Saw one of these in the green you always see the m3s in. First estate I’d seen, doesn’t look anywhere near as big in the flesh as the photos do, and definitely triggered a good amount of “want that one”. Congrats

I think the e30 will have been 20 years in September. E36 16 years, golf somewhere between the two I think.

Mito 7 years, I have a habit of buying cars in the autumn so the ‘sud almost 6 years, compact will be 5, x5 4.
