@ sundayjumper, 2 x chin spoilers (old and new)

@ ste, yes track meet 2019 would be good.

I got very lucky with the specs; they’re ideal for my use (weekends/road trips/track days). I like that it’s already got high end suspensions fitted as it’ll save me money from upgrading down the line. MOTON/AST have a base in Bristol and can rebuild them when required.

Too pristine for trackdays?

Not really that Marv, more that the first thing I do with my track cars is make them safe. I wanted to fit a cage as the rollbar isn't enough IMO to be on track with. Cages instantly devalue none race Caterhams.

...and yeah, one track day would have covered it in stone chips etc too.

That looks even more lovely than I was expecting. Can't wait to see it.

As to the earlier question - yeah, what's that curving between the seats?

It's just the centre console. Having looked at it again, I think I know the previous owner. Was it Das Chin's car Kin?

Plastic scaffolding.

@ste, not Das Chin’s, another PHer Stroller owned it from 2011 to Mar 18.

I remember Das Chin’s car!

It was sold in April this year, in fact I thought about viewing/buying it as it’s quite local to me. However the car is a Cat D (but passed an inspection with Autolign) and as I was looking for my ‘forever’ car, decided against it. It was advertised for £48k (76k miles) with fresh respray in 2015. Very nice looking car with some great mods; looked stunning with RS bumper, spoiler and OZ wheels 8-)

Wise move IMO. He was always VERY cagey and more than a little misleading when discussing the history of his car and Cat status.

The OZ Alleggeritas do look great don't they. I was toying with getting a set for winter wheels.
