I love that this car exists. But soooo do not want.
Now I've seen it, I concur completely. If you want that experience in something appealing then get a Dodge Viper.
I’d rather have Neil’s Trevor.

Tremendous, unbeatable novelty value, and obviously a hell of a lot of work has gone into it, but I'm disappointed. It would be fair enough if it sounded Spitfire-y and was genuinely fast (surely that's the point), but it sounds broken and is quite slow?
Plus it's hideous. All those lights on the front are making my eyes go funny.
Having said that, I'm glad it exists, but I won't be bidding, thanks.
I'd be surprised if it went for under £100k.

It’s so colossally bad that it already feels overpriced, it really needs the engine taken out and a new chassis.
This one is still on sale but a few hundred grand too much judging by demand.

Having now watched Jonnys vid. I still hate it, think it’s awful, don’t believe a fraction of the hype surrounding it, but now kind of want it
I’m assuming it will just be bought by a museum and parked up somewhere forever more.

It seems like a practical everyday car.
I like that its got plenty of space for a weeks shopping in the back, what's the turning circle like ?

It’s measured in m, but it this case m stands for moons.

Full lock, mash on the throttle in drive and it'll probably turn on a sixpence....
Due to the length of the car however, it's still measured in multiple meters and could probably be outdone by a Ka.

Not a sportka though, they have the turning circle of a small oil tanker

Don't want to be pedantic, but I'm pretty sure that the engine isn't a Merlin but a Meteor. The Meteor was the non-turbo version of the Merlin as fitted to tanks.

Apparently it originally had a Meteor, replaced with a Merlin (sans ‘charger) after the fire.

I'm still winning
Anyone know the psychology of why people bother bidding days before an auction ends? Seems a waste of time and showing your hand early to me.
