That hideous monstrosity would illicit cavity searches. The sharp snap of a latex glove and dibble trying to find the back of your teeth
It's even more "drug dealer" than a RRS

That is a lovely thing but it doesn't look like it's had a brake upgrade. Years ago, a dad of one of my ex-girlfriends had a 1969 E-Type Coupe and he let me have a go. It was utterly terrifying as the brakes were only slightly better than wind resistance at slowing the thing down. Apparently, they're all like that unless they've had a brake upgrade.speedingfine wrote: Wed Dec 23, 2020 1:19 pm Don't normally like late E Types but...

Ah, you’ve explained why it exists now - German car, should have guessed.
Neighbour has one and it looks fucking horrible in the flesh.Coaster1 wrote: Sun Dec 27, 2020 2:48 pm I think this looks great, but don’t think I would be brave enough to own a car in that colour.

Ste and Nic have gone down this route!Sundayjumper wrote: Sun Jan 03, 2021 6:43 pm Far less torque than the Q7 but similar power. Not sure if it would cope with towing.

Is that Champagne-something-or-other? I'm sure they used that as a launch colour for the 996, was in brochures and looked good, but in a "nice but I'd never actually own it" sort of a way.Coaster1 wrote: Sun Dec 27, 2020 2:48 pm I think this looks great, but don’t think I would be brave enough to own a car in that colour.

Yeah, but Ste was adamant his X5 had a bigger boot than a Disco 4, so I'm not sure I trust his judgement
Boot is tiny in the Cayenne, noticeably smaller than the Touareg and not as useful because of the rake of screen. Cayenne’s are not cheap to keep running.Sundayjumper wrote: Mon Jan 04, 2021 12:29 pmYeah, but Ste was adamant his X5 had a bigger boot than a Disco 4, so I'm not sure I trust his judgement![]()
Voice of recent experience ? Not completely surprising to be fair but if you've got some pointers that'd be handy.
