That looks awesome, it's a house you could adapt to any hobby you want and still have a good sized living area.

My mate had underfloor heating put in his 3 car garage and it’s now got a bar/lounge area, speakers in the ceiling etc so we go there to hide away from women, drink and shoot the shit

My folks have got a single garage which is part of the house and my dad loves it, he can just potter around doing small jobs on the car without getting cold etc. And it's only a few steps to get back to the kitchen/living room for a coffe break.
