That looks awesome, it's a house you could adapt to any hobby you want and still have a good sized living area.

My mate had underfloor heating put in his 3 car garage and it’s now got a bar/lounge area, speakers in the ceiling etc so we go there to hide away from women, drink and shoot the shitRich B wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 11:20 am I quite like the concept - yes, this one isn’t particularly attractive but there’s nothing to stop the rest of the house being nice too.
i’d love a big/huge garage space - it could be a garage, a workshop, a gym, etc.. and with it being part of the house, you wouldn’t have to do that whole “but it’s too cold to go out so i can’t be bothered” when you want to go and enjoy whatever hobby it is.

My folks have got a single garage which is part of the house and my dad loves it, he can just potter around doing small jobs on the car without getting cold etc. And it's only a few steps to get back to the kitchen/living room for a coffe break.Rich B wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 11:20 am I quite like the concept - yes, this one isn’t particularly attractive but there’s nothing to stop the rest of the house being nice too.
