Loads do - Audis do, for instance. The RS6 doesn't come with it as standard but you can fit one.
However, BMW have removed the space where any spare would go. My solution with BMWs has been:
- get a spare alloy and tyre off eBay and keep it in the garage. Must be at least 50% chance any puncture would manifest itself by the tyre going flat overnight.
- get a puncture repair kit and compressor and keep them in the boot.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CAR-VAN-TRUC ... 2288331102 is cheap and works; I've used it a couple of times. And you can use it without needing to take the wheel off the car (provided you can locate the puncture), so no need to carry a jack and wheelbrace.
Tyreweld makes an absolute mess of the wheel and tyre, and I've never successfully used it. Plus it's single-use; you get 30 repairs from that kit.
