Oh Christ x2. The story up to that point in 2021 was mild. It's only the last few years that went truly wild. There's probably genuinely enough to write a book.

To give you all a small flavour - the most recent claim and bundle Gavster received from them in June was 804 pages.

Yeah, I'd be interested in that! Or a brief run-down.The whole saga has been so drawn out that it's not easy to follow.

Congrats on getting to this point. Sounds like it's been hell.

I have started writing up what happened and I think it might be an entire novel lol. Going back to the very beginning and joining up the dots, I can now also see how they were also trying construct a situation back in 2018 that would have made me powerless over the freehold. I will share more, but it really is a vast amount of events, prevarications and outright duplicity to organise in a meaningful way. It really is the neighbour from hell.
