Oh Christ x2. The story up to that point in 2021 was mild. It's only the last few years that went truly wild. There's probably genuinely enough to write a book.
To give you all a small flavour - the most recent claim and bundle Gavster received from them in June was 804 pages.

Yeah, I'd be interested in that! Or a brief run-down.The whole saga has been so drawn out that it's not easy to follow.Gavster wrote: Fri Jul 17, 2026 9:18 pmOh Christjamcg wrote: Fri Jul 17, 2026 8:31 pmJust quoting to remind you that we were promised a full write upGavster wrote: Mon Nov 08, 2021 8:30 pm It genuinely is a very long story that goes back to 2016, which I'm not going to post here, at least, not until it's all over and I've got a spare weekend to write it up

Re: The House Projects Thread
I have started writing up what happened and I think it might be an entire novel lol. Going back to the very beginning and joining up the dots, I can now also see how they were also trying construct a situation back in 2018 that would have made me powerless over the freehold. I will share more, but it really is a vast amount of events, prevarications and outright duplicity to organise in a meaningful way. It really is the neighbour from hell.
