That made the rounds on WhatsApp. Be glad Wales was knocked out earlier as their ratio was four times higher than England's.

Well, we're in a semi. I'm still waiting for us to string together a decent performance but we've certainly got a bit of fight.

Some of the fans will be insufferable too (on both sides).

The game should be interesting though, neither side has really played that well for the majority of the tournament. At least the game is in a stadium with air con.

Another incredibly nervy night watching England. The first goal shouldn’t have counted (Cheers cable… ) but the Spence pen should have been given (as not clear and obvious error.)

But doesn’t matter a bit. I’ll take all the luck that’s on offer.

Argentina will probably win on Wednesday but we’ve been saying that for the past few games but still they find a way to win.

No wonder Argentina want the Falklands!

I’ve barely watched any games however the semi-final will warrant watching with a few beers at a local baa

I called the result exactly to my wife. Said it would be a tatty 1-1 draw by the end of regular time and we'd just clinch it 2-1 in extra time.

Should've put a few quid on.
