The court should have a file on them with private notes from previous judges which should be extremely daming by this point - which should also prepare the judge for the onslaught of BS they're going to hear. In fact, a hearing was carried out very recently in our absence, because we hadn't been notified. The neighbours claimed they had gone to the courts to pay for the application and it's as if a judge saw their application, pulled them in simply to quickly dismiss it.

The new renters rights stuff doesn't impact this luckily!
