I'll try to park with you, but wouldn't be surprised if they single the Ateca out for parking at the front, due to it's best-in-class handling for a mid-range SUV

Not if I show up in the mighty GLC..

they'll put us beside each other, round the back, out of sight...

We can sort out ourselves which is best...

I'll be at the back in another EV next to the GLC!
Unless I can convince a friend to loan me something...

Should be able to get there for opening. I'll swing by the supercharger at Wyboston Lakes en route to make sure I have decent range...

Can't you coax @MikeHunt along in his Thunder Night chariot? (I can't remember where he is based?) :?
It’s about 90 miles from me, I’m in,

I've mentioned it to Sundayjumper in case he's able to make an appearance with one of his fleet too.

You can buy a £10 advance ticket (plus 95p booking fee) which says it gives you a guaranteed parking space and you can use the £10 as credit. I'll book a ticket and a table for up to 8 for 9.00am - how many are coming? I think 8 would be about right.

Wow, I didn’t realise it gets that busy or it was that organised

Obviously don’t need a seat Jobbo but enjoy everyone and take lots of pics…

You're not going to have a problem turning up before 10 and getting turned away if you don't have a ticket. I've turned up on lots of sunny weekend days even at peak times and never once been turned away. I'd say it doesn't really get even remotely busy before 11 unless there's a specific event.

However, if you're coming from far away getting the ticket just gives you certainty if by some strange twist of fate (which I've never seen) it's full. Between a snack and drink or two you'll soon spend a tenner.

I was more a "I might swing by if I've nothing else on" participant. I wasn't going to go on the drive.. :)

That was my reasoning.

Their calendar says there's a Sunday Service on, but I suspect that doesn't draw the same sort of crowds as a PH Sunday Service. Probably just what they call every Sunday.

The more the merrier Dinny, would be good to finally meet you if you can make, it even if it only to the caffeine and machine part of the meet. Parking probably wont be an issue if you're able to turn up a little early, like Duncs and others have said.

Yeah, come on Dinny.

We should probably also think about lunch. Elton used to have a nice pub (edit The Crown).

Would a potential route be something like:

North from C&M -> A421 to Renhold -> Northwest to B660 -> B660 all the way to crossroads by Branson's Farm Shop and turn left up to Elton (or other nearby village pub)?

I don't know the area north of the A14 too well in terms of roads or pubs. Maybe Dave! @V8Granite could make some recommendations, it's close to his patch.
