She's a beautiful cat. Would I be correct in thinking you've moved back to the UK? Did she come with you?unzippy wrote: Tue Mar 10, 2026 9:44 am She got bored fairly quick and then just wanted to hang out.

Thanks, she was still quite kittenish back then - June 2020.
Yep, been back over a year now. The girls stayed in Aus with Bec - it wouldn't have been fair to bring them as I had no idea where I was going to be living and the locals may have taken the mick out of their accents.
I miss them terribly but still get regular updates, it's all good
The Evo forum really is a shadow of its former self. I remember when the internet was for the elite and now they seem to let any spastic on

That is kinda awesome - I wonder if it comes with the frilly dino and goop?
I was lubed and rogered by the Tokyo Lego airport shop... Significantly cheaper than back home, I came back with the Schmuacher F1 car, Rexy the GT3 and the Technic Ford GT40. (And a free gift-with-purchase picture frame thing.)

Why did they do that, when the Mansell car had the wider wheels?!Zonda_ wrote: Fri Mar 20, 2026 9:30 am The Schumacher F1 car is a nice build, quickest I’ve ever built one. Disappointing that they are still making the wheels same size front and back.
Also, really liking the DC-3

Middle one has that one too. He enjoyed building it, and it is one of a few sets that survive intact beyond the first two weeks.duncs500 wrote: Sat Mar 28, 2026 9:49 pm Enjoyed this little planetarium:
Really cool mechanism and hopefully a fun way to talk about space with the daughter (just finished it tonight, we shall see tomorrow whether she's remotely interested).

I love that set - Technic is so full of vehicles these days that it needs stuff like that to show how versatile it is for building.
That being said I’ve not got round to buying it and I do have quite a few Technic vehicles waiting to be built…
