I can only imagine the cost!
Have you looked at winters for the Touring yet? I must do something about it soon before we end up with winters being hard to get.

Direct from Michelin the Pilot Alpin 5 are available and fit, blackcircles doesn’t have the fronts available already.. debating whether I want to put my summers on new bronze wheels and winters on my current silvers or vv.

From my ownership experience nearly 30 years ago the first thing they should do is up-rate the front engine mount. It has a tendency to rip itself out the subframe.

ScottA and I have discussed several times that one of these would make an interesting track toy.
You’re never going to be the fastest car on track, but 200bhp in a tweaked MX5 should be plenty quick enough to be entertaining, whilst being easy on all the consumables.

For the benefit of Jon and Chris, I've met a few tall people at MX5 Owners Club meetings who have a mk3 because that is the one they fit in. Just saying...
