That's excellent work Steve - surely the effort involved in shuffling the NCBs around would only save a tenner or so?

I don’t know if any of you chaps are eligible for Saga car insurance (over 50 only) but the prices my dad pays with them are ridiculously cheap - the M cars are £150 each.
Something to look forward to once one hits 50
How about not having a sig at all?

I'm actually surprised yours is "only" £1k ! It's been more in the past, hasn't it ?

But it's a fair point. I'll see what they can offer me....

As a man his early 40s (shut up, i’m “early” for the next week and a bit) with two modified vehicles, i’m just under a grand all in - £550 on the van and £400 on the Elise. My mrs is another £500 or so on her 320d.

I’d be very happy with all those good cars totalling that!

IIRC I did check them out and they weren't as cheap as I'd hoped - but I guess they specialise in insuring Corollas.

Ooooo having turned 50 the other week I wish I had seen this as I renewed yesterday as the premium on the Mini had actually gone down, which was nice.

Certianly nicer than the bowl screening kit I got though as a pressie from the NHS!

I stuck details into their website last year and they were ridiculously expensive for me.
