You can see why John Barker flounced from the old evo forum, when someone suggested that car journalists take back handers from car manufacturers 😂

You should consider starting a social media channel the way you're seamlessly integrating these promotions into the narrative

I've been offered decent money for brand promotions in the past - if you want to learn how to do the same then DM me with VIRAL and I'll send you a free eBook. ;)

When I was starting out I got offered products and events in exchange for posts and I quickly learned that trying to crowbar something I don't believe in, into a video, feels absolutely horrid. It's really not worth it. I've turned down brand collabs for AG1, Huel, Dominoes pizza and more and am getting close to walking away from a contract with a major supermarket because their legal dept are trying shape the script too much. The money on those jobs isn't lifechanging, but it's still very good money for the amount of work involved. The point is that what I put out publicly on my channels has to be what I believe in.

Also, the main reason that I make social media videos about food policy is because of previous work with a massive international charity (not into wrestling at all) who campaigned about food, yet refused to campaign about supermarkets because Tesco were a donor. If I let the money shape what I promote on my own social media channels then it feels like a contradiction.

I’d never heard of Perun, but thank you - watched a chunk of this over breakfast. Some great analysis and observations.
He's excellent and has quite a different perspective with a good dose of humour. His "April 1st" episode on rearming Europe without the US is well worth a look. The French get a major "I told you so" by having jet, tactical nuclear and strategic deterrents independent of America.

Last year's April 1st was "building the worst WW2 air force" which will appeal to those who like their airfix and tomes of ancient knowledge.

You can see the volume in the futures markets 20 minutes before the news dropped. That was the insiders positioning themselves.

Trump celebrating a record market rally - the Dow going up almost 3000 points in a day. Lets just skirt past the 8000 point drop because of his games.
