On the topic of social media I saw the weirdest thing today.
Just a stones throw from South Kensington there’s a cafe, they sell croissants the size of a baby. Seriously these things are ridiculous. Outside the small cafe there were 2 tables, both occupied by young women, dressed up like they’re going to the Met Gala. They had their own semi professional camera crew - think DSLRs with pretty big lenses - filming them eating this.

Told my mate and apparently it’s a big social media thing. Clearly we follow very different Instagram accounts

Because who chooses which sites are OK ? It's censorship and whatever you do, whatever sites get blocked, someone will bleat about it being unfair and political and propaganda.

You need a totally independent & impartial system with absolutely no human influence. Come to think of it, AI would be a perfect way of choosing which sites are legitimate

One of the major problems with AI is that it doesn’t cite its sources. This is dodgy from a copyright perspective as it might be taking copyrighted work and reproducing it, but also because it might have been trained on complete bollocks.

Also was reading a story today about an AI that learned how lying is the best way to succeed and achieve your aims so quickly began to completely make shit up
