Wife woke me up in the night to tell me. How sad. A bit of a troubled life but an incredibly funny actor. RIP.

Really sad to hear 😢

There's been a few people who've gone too soon recently and I heard a great question the other day which puts it into perspective. There's the old cliche of "what would you do today if it was your last day on earth?" and the answers are often quite irresponsible, like walking out of your job, getting drunk with your friends and family, maxxing out your credit card etc. Instead, what would you do if you only have 10 years left? It's long enough to achieve a lot, but short enough to make life an urgent priority.

That last paragraph makes for somber reading. Was a shock to hear the news but at the same time also wasn't surprising to hear which is telling. He's been troubled for a long time, RIP.
Cheers,

Mike.

Always knew he had addiction issues. Didn’t realise they were to quite that level
