pretty sure I could get away with pushing someone out of the way who was blocking my path after asking them to move then warning them that I was going to do it. That's not assault.

She wasn't banned for causing serious injury by driving dangerously, she was banned for dangerous driving. Don't bring assault into it to ramp things up.

I'd not just attempt it I would actually run them over. If that means time in prison so be it. Honestly the world has gone crackers pandering to these idiots. By all means protest but don't do it in a way that costs other people time / money / increased stress.

If you deliberately drive into someone you either want to hurt them or you’re too stupid to consider the consequences of your actions. What she did might not meet the legal definition of assault but it’s a valid description of what she did imo.

I’m fairly sure pushing someone out of the way by hand could still be assault, anyway: https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/o ... g-standard

It's highly unlikely they'd go under my car as it's too low 😃

But you’d risk time in prison to make a point. Hope you’ve got some sexy photos on your Instagram like Sherrilyn to make it more newsworthy 😄

In the days before mobile phone recording fuckwits…..

A colleague was helping his sister move, it was a Norfolk coastal town he drove through each time and the craze at the time was teenagers walking slowly to make the cars stop.

After many times of this happening he floored it, managed to catch him with his wing mirror and knocked him flying. He then got to him before he could escape and robbed the money he had in his wallet.

If it were me and my Dad found out he’d say I was lucky he didn’t kick the shot out of me after hitting me.

Now it would probably result in a compo face and devil driver accusations.

Don’t be surprised that if you keep poking a lion with a stick you may end up getting bitten.

So teens being teens justifies vehicular assault (assault with a deadly weapon) and then robbing them whilst they are down?

As a taxi driver I had idiots walk out in front of me to be dicks or to try and flag me down, not once did I think running them over or robbing them would be a cunning plan though!

Your colleague mugged a teenager

How do you hear that story and think the kid deserves it?

Trying to make cars crash, he deserved everything he got.

Also teens being teens doesn’t mean no consequences.

He came into work the following week with a wing mirror covered in duct tape 😂. The burgundy Cavalier had lost its shine from then on.

So actively jumping into traffic and making cars emergency stop for shits and giggles can not have consequences ?

Exactly what's wrong with the country right here.

Blame people for being completely rational and let others off for causing a public nuisance.

If they aren't in the road there are no problems.

Who is causing the issue? The twat in the road.

I’m not defending them - I think the protestors are idiots because they are going to put people off their cause and are committing offences themselves.

Doesn’t make it any less odd that you’d risk prison for running one over 😂

I didn’t - read my post. First line, it’s quite straightforward to comprehend.
