Post by DaveE »

Enjoy

Yup. Looking forward to watching it. Hopefully it translates well onto the telly.

Yeah I saw that! The second half is up near me so I dare say I will recognise a road or two.

Me too. I was hoping having a professional production team would make it interesting to watch, but so far they're just prattling on without introduction or context. How many viewers know what evo is?

The first ten minutes before the ad break was just 'content free expression' that could've wrapped up in 30 seconds.

Yeah, it needs a bit of a narrative, but hey as long as the guys are describing the cars and thrashing them, I'm happy 😃

But they're not even doing that very well. Too much arty-farty camera work, too many cuts.

Well the last 20mins had some of the stuff I wanted to see.... but not the discussions-over-pints and piss taking that I really wanted to see.

Basically a 20 minute YouTube video stretched out to an hour. Not obvious why it needs to be on telly at all.

On t'web it'd have been edited down and lost nothing. Nice to have decent car content on normal telly so mustn't grumble really.
