Re: Bedford Autodrome - Monday 4th June

I was also discussing the practicalities of a 911 with him, about fitting kids in the back. Aside: I saw a cool construction document recently that confirmed the Evora is designed to fit a 99percentile adult male in the front seats, and a 5percentile adult female in the rear seats. :) (which appear...

Re: Your fleet running reports

I've called ProGrip a couple of times over the years, but always leave it too late for the window i have avaliable. The fact he is always fully booked out seems to confirm his excellent reputation. Did my dent guy not recommend someone else you could use? Poor show if not. I know he worked with anot...

New boss at Lotus

Possibly of little interest to many here, but JMG departed suddenly today apparently. He has been at the helm since Dany Bahar moved on.

I’d have wet my pants at that opportunity at that age. Fair play for letting him - I gave eldest miklet a shot of the Evora on a quiet country road and was like “ok, go..... THATS ENOUGH...ok, down to second.... ok give it full beans..... OK WHOA THATS ENOUGH” etc etc

Re: Teh Spotted Thread

Another local Pinzgauer 912 I have seen a couple of times but not managed to get a pic. The last one was a hard-top, whereas this one is a softie. Cool reggie too.

I think that pic really highlights just how bright the paint is. The camera tries to sort the balance out and what you know to be a bright yellow numberplate looks brown in comparison.
Thats the one, and yes. 8-)

Re: Your fleet running reports

Look nice ste, but you truly have CDO.

There was a good image on your insta showing the back of your car, which highlighted to me how the colour doesn't really show in pics : the yellow reggie plate looks extremely dark beside it. (I dont know how to link to that image)

Re: Your fleet running reports

I tried Jobbo's revolutionary idea of re-setting the trip when I filled up fuel recently... I filled up again last night: 225ish miles on a full tank of super. Very roughly that's 16mpg. Remind me not to do that again  But was it a full tank of Super? The amount you had to put in to refi...
