His son went to my son’s school. The last day of summer term he showed up with a trailer full of his son’s racing karts and set up an impromptu race circuit on the school’s drive. A rather cool chap.

My old man had an identical British exchange with Derek Bell in Heathrow once. I approve of the restraint.

When the McLaren showroom in Knightsbridge first opened I went to have a look and took my dog for a walk. It was quite late at night and coming towards the end of the launch party as only a few guests were left in the showroom. I Saw Ron outside with presumably his girlfriend. She pet my BF and Ron just smiled and said Hi. As a spotty teenager who had just met the team principle of a still very successful team I couldn’t muster up anything apart from exchanging niceties.
How about not having a sig at all?
