Re: No F1 thread?
After Ocon tried a dive down the inside of gasley he was given 10 seconds penalty. As he didn’t continue they’ve converted it into a 5 place grid drop in Canada, that is if he races, as Bruno has threatened to bench him next race

I’m just waiting now to see if it’s a mechanical failure or something like this near miss from last year, between a hurricane and some prick flying his drone about

Catching up on qualifying, surely Sergio is definitely on borrrowed time.
Both Haas disqualified due to too big a gap in their drs, despite not giving any extra performance. Both now starting at the back of the grid with wings reset to correct dimensions

Re: Blatant Stagea-ism
Great way of boosting traffic to their dying high street… “It’ll make people use our public transport” Once. If you actually bother to try and the bus you’ve waited 20 minutes for doesn’t turn up for another 30 you’ll just drive somewhere else instead and all the council will scratch their head and...

Re: Randomness
This song has blown up on social media. It’s German tongue twister rap about Barabara’s rhubarb bar and the bearded barbarian barber. It’s a grade-A ear worm, you have been warned! https://youtu.be/ZYkBf0dbs5I?si=rMbmWIU_OJD2xvDn https://www.instagram.com/reel/C7HugPjPfAd/?igsh=MTIxaTF6MGJmOGpvbg==

If your car is one of the ones banned there’s no point paying then, just take a chance and pay the fine
Re: Cazoo
I wonder if part of the problem was being too honest. I looked at a couple of cars on there and the number of “imperfections” they showed was ridiculous, most of which were really minor stuff that is expected with a second hand car

Re: No F1 thread?
Just remember that Horacio Pagani took the track only Zonda R out for a spin on the roads with potential customers and got a fine for it being too loud. They seem to love anything automotive in Italy, where as here a new build estate near Croft circuit got a very restrictive noise limit put in place...

Yesterday’s race wasn’t the best on the calendar. Nice to see Norris able to reel in max, even though it ultimately wasn’t enough.
However highlight of watching the race on sky was a lack of crofty

Re: Your fleet running reports
Think the w engines have the same issue with breathing due to funny valve angles in the head because of the strange cylinder placement. All the w12’s and the Bugatti w16 are all turbocharged and the Passat is na, which probably explains its lackluster performance I believe it was also seen as a real...
Re: Running
I watched that yesterday! Firstly it’s an amazing run to casually do sub-3 hour for a laugh. Secondly he is utterly mental for not having trained further than 10miles in the Crocs 😂 And all this without putting them in sport mode. Truly mental  Edit- actually they are. But still fucking mental

Re: Your fleet running reports
Engine downsizing is the biggest con of modern times. I still can’t get my head around how lower emissions at the expense of lower real world mpg is better for the environment. I’d like to see a study of emissions of a supposedly bad engine emissions wise that does mega mpg, compared to a downsized...

Re: Today’s want
New Morgan designed with pininfarina. Outside is lovely. Inside is spoiled by the obvious bmw gear selector- it’s limited to 50 units so will cost a fortune, couldn’t they have done something with it
