Re: I may have made a mistake

Could you make it with extendable wheels? Lower the wheels when it needs to move, pull them up and secure the netting with tent pegs when it is stationary.

They came with the cars. Wouldn't bother to replace them.

Re: Randomness

Oh. Stupid.

Is that what they're huffing out of the blue fastgas canisters? They're everywhere around here. They're dumping them on the street, and they're not exactly small. Could see them doing a fair bit of damage if hit by a car.

Happy birthday @Beany !

How are the heads and ears this morning?

By the time we were done with clean-up I smelt like the inside of a bin.

Wouldn't be able to make there in time. On the cleanup crew until 6pm/we're done.

Re: OV9 Mini Meet - 28th June - London Stadium (née Olympic Stadium) Vicinity

That would have been a great opportunity, unfortunately I have to be at two different summer fairs at the same time.

All are welcome at both if you can stretch the definition of vicinity a tad (only a scant 15-20ish miles).

But theoretically some of the faster ones could easily cover that distance.
Utterly ruins their resale value though. :?
Perhaps, but that's for the owners to decide on.

less than 1000 miles over 2 years - he didn’t like it that much then! To be fair, it’s so slow that he may well have driven it every day 😄 How many miles does your average tortoise move in 2 years? Depends on the species! But theoretically some of the faster ones could easily cover that distance. h...

Yep, if it runs to 10 episodes it'd probably be bingeable in one three hour sitting, each episode is quite short.

If you like the snark, you'll love the books.
Cheers, have added them to my list.

Re: New Router / Config Changes

That's rather poor service from them. Another thing to think about is that the ISP supplied routers aren't necessarily the best at handling many devices, they tend to be the very cheapest/lowest spec they can get away with. I've got an Amplifi setup that's doing sterling service with the 25-30 devic...

Ghosted (Apple TV)

Dear lord that was dire. A cast full of big names that clearly decided that Apple's deep pockets could make up for a script that must have been written by a teenage incel living out their fanfic dreams.

1/10 cacti.

Re: New Router / Config Changes

For IoT stuff, its worth setting up a separate 2.4Ghz only channel for this sort of stuff and connect anything problematic to that SSID. To achieve that, would you need to use a separate router so that devices only connect to the one you want them to? Makes me wonder if my Squeezeboxes aren't quite...

Ah, wasn’t aware of the American connection. It is also a very, very significant source of funding to keep the settlements going and expanding. So there’s a large population of successful Americans with I’m assuming Jewish heritage that just decide to pack up and go set up a settlement in Palestini...
