It happened June 15th last year; I'm wondering if the scrote has only recently been to court, and an investigating officer - unimpressed by the sentence given and knowing they couldn't/can't trace the Punto - released the poor cctv footage so they can be seen to be looking for the Punto driver while venting frustration at the pish sentence.

On the YT clip it says that the Punto was later found burnt out, so I think it was a case of one scumbag pissing off another scumbag who didn't own the car they were driving.
