Does anyone else watch it?
Been catching up on the streams today. Some wild cars this year. I’d forgotten how much I love this Model A’s exhausts.

Been looking at the pics but haven’t seen the live streams.
Do you follow Bangshift on Facebook? Their livestream from Bonneville was epic. They did a vid of the fire up lane at sunrise that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

I don't, I have Bangshift on Insta but they don't seem to post there very often. I'll check them out.
I take it you've seen the 57 Chevy Wagon with the Alcohol funny car engine if you've been checking out the pictures?
I would've liked to have been there when they came up with the idea of disengaging the supercharger and running it N/A so they could drive it on the road

I need to spend some time having a proper look.
I see Finnegan has got Blasphemi into the 8s. 8.970 @ 150.92mph. I’ll be wearing my Blasphemi cap (that cost me a fortune in import duties and “admin” fees) with pride.

Aye, it's good work on his part. Amazing to see the car now compared to where it started.
I didn't know that the blower on his car is specified by the class he runs in and it's actually a bit small for the engine. I wonder if he's ever tempted to stick something bigger on just to see what it can do.
Inevitably, my mate and I have started talking about drag cars again. My current pie in the sky idea is a late model Crown Victoria with at least 1 big fat turbo.

Mine is a Fox Body Mustang with the Mission Motorsports handling kit and a blown 347 cu in stroker motor.ZedLeg wrote: Mon Sep 17, 2018 12:12 pm My current pie in the sky idea is a late model Crown Victoria with at least 1 big fat turbo.

You'd better be quick, judging by the amount of other Fox platform stuff people had this year the Mustangs must be getting thin on the ground now.
Saying that, a Fairmont wagon with all that stuff would be a good replacement for the golf
