Quick query - are your brakes screechy?

A mate at work has a (green) M3 and he’s getting pissed off with screechy brakes, i remember my M2 brakes being a little loud every now and then but it sounds like his are a constant issue. So much so that he took the car in to BMW for them to review.

They have just told him they didn’t find any issue, except that someone drove into the back of them on the test drive and scratched the CF rear diffuser (so they obviously work!!!)

they’re obviously replacing the diffuser!

They forgot to install the anti-squeak pads during this operation. Should be simple enough to get them retro-fitted.
