Is there a way to find out whether a commercial property has recently been sold? Doing some local sleuthing and wondering if the building was purchased but there doesn’t seem to be the same listing as for residential properties

Commercial property sales
Re: Commercial property sales
You can order the title from the Land Registry and it should be visible there. I’m on holiday and have left my laptop at home so can’t check anything this week
BTW, Land Registry prices are going up imminently to £8.00 rather than £3.00 each for titles and plans.

Thanks Simon, that's useful, it appears the freehold hasn't changed hands which largely answers my curiosity!Jobbo wrote: Sun Oct 06, 2024 4:26 pm You can order the title from the Land Registry and it should be visible there. It was by accident but I’m finding I can access pretty much anything I need to via my iPad. Damn!
Gav, that has allowed me to check that there are no pending applications against the title. Doesn’t mean it hasn’t been sold but if it has, the buyer is being a bit delinquent about registering that.
