My wife admitted to a bit of drunk shopping over the weekend.

Her drunk purchases (hold on to your hats) consisted of:

1) a small watermelon
2) a (very) small piece of French soft cheese

Both had been recklessly added to our food delivery, and promptly forgotten about until I asked about them this morning while opening the boxes. Crazy!

Mrs mik will buy items after a few sherbets without checking dimensions. A few years back we took delivery of a "bargain" outdoor chair/table set that would probably suit 7 year old kids. It was like the Stonehenge scene in Spinal Tap.

All worked out well, other than the Mane, which the dog attacks and won't let me put on

Must admit, I've used booze to Put My Big Boy Pants On and make big purchases, but those were purchases that I'd already decided to make and was just fear't of pulling the trigger on them.

I don't think I've ever accidentally drunk-purchased anything in my life.

Clearly I'm missing out on the surprise and joy of getting a delivery of ten six foot inflatable bananas and wondered what cunt sent those, only to see my own name on the order sheet.

I'm on my fifth Orval currently, sat in drunkenly purchased hot tub, in the rain, looking at making another porchase (Cayenne flavoured).
