Benidorm is a bloody awful place tipified by Sticky Vicky and her niece Kinky Karen. I have had the misfortune to see Karen pulling various items from within her carvenous clunge. Had my first boys holiday there when 17 and still laugh about it now. It's Blackpool in the sun and doesn't pretend to be anything different.

Ive been a few times as we have relatives that live nearby, you wouldn't want to go for 2 weeks but it's good fun for a weekend. There are a few streets full of bars that attract the sort of people who think dressing up is wearing their football teams away shirt, but the rest of the town is ok with decent food and the beach is immaculate.
