A solid vote winner every time. Served the classic way, in a sandwich/burger, or like this for a bit heat and spice.

Re: Fishy fingers (poll)
I had a Fish Finger sandwich the other day, but in a moment of madness I used Franks Buffalo sauce to douse my Fish, and had a ranch sauce dip.
Was very good!

On white bread, with mayo. Lovely once in a while.
Re: Fishy fingers (poll)
Fish finger sandwiches have to have potato waffles and cheese slices in this household.
An absolute unit

And that, grandchildren, is how we uncovered that Dinny was a secret member of the aristocracy - where a “roll and caviar” was the de rigueur children’s snackage.

Would eat in an emergency, but can’t imagine ever buying or taking out of the freezer by choice.
Cheers, Harry

My dad did own a Castle - albeit a ruined one that was burned down in 1922

I like a ff sandwich, but seems like the family supply is reserved for the little one these days as it's about all she eats. I get to feed on the scraps occasionally.

Same, but the bread is toasted and I'll have salad cream. It's the only time I ever use salad cream.
Re: Fishy fingers (poll)
Oh that’s a whole different thread. My sole use of Salad Cream extends to “a dod” in tuna mayo. Gives it a real tangy kick.
(And rather than normal mayo I will use a (mild) peri-peri mayo.
Right - I know what I am having for lunch…..

I was imagining Dinny Collanderhands….

Funnily enough, it did involve angry locals, torches and pitch forks...ZedLeg wrote: Wed May 24, 2023 8:47 amDinny confirmed vampiredinny_g wrote: Wed May 24, 2023 8:00 amMy dad did own a Castle - albeit a ruined one that was burned down in 1922mik wrote: Wed May 24, 2023 7:25 am
