Is this your subtle way of saying that the Elise is nearly ready?

Those headers are gorgeous.

Any concerns about fatiguing them though with the engine motion? The rubber muffler hangers look fairly tight so you're reliant on the flex to de-stress the whole thing, hopefully you've got a nice floppy one :D

Thanks, I made it myself, all fully purged tig.

Not worried about it flexing, the engine mounts are very stiff and movement is minimal. They quite often run systems without any flexi section with no issues.

That looks fabulous Dan. (And I say that coming from a background of having worked at Rolls-Royce Aerospace all of my working life, latterly in Quality Assurance).

Love how straight those headers are. Folk with their engines in the front would kill for that kind of space.

Thank you! A lot of work went into it....i'm not an exhaust fabricator so it took me a very long time to get right!

Ironically elise manifolds are usually really cramped and compromised, whereas the K20 in a civic has a near straight shot out of the back of the head and under the car which makes for a much better install. K20's always give more power in a civic than when they're stuffed in the back of an elise.

Mine should be pretty good though.
