I reckon it’s a tactical decision following COP26 to reduce methane emissions.

Beans with a fryup is a silly waste of space that could be better taken by hashbrowns.

We went to a new place (for us) on Sat morning, and I got a full breakfast.

1. Beans were served in a small cup. Loads of them. I was happy with that.

2. Raw tomatoes were on the plate. Non.

3. We had the pup with us, and they offered us a free sausage for her. Which was a great touch.

Will return.

With you on that, I also feel the same way about mushrooms. Flavour holes which could be taken up by meat. I used to think this of the grilled tomato but our local chucks pesto on it and it’s bloody gorgeous.

This is the point where you get up, leave, and go and have a proper fry-up...

A fry up consists of:

Bacon, Sausage, Fried Egg, White Pudding, Black Pudding, Toast, Tea

Beans, Mushrooms, Hash Browns, tomatoes (raw or cooked) and any other type of eggs can fuck right off IMO...
