You can get Clonakilty Sausages in certain Asda’s. That’s the main difference.

Bacon, eggs, beans, hash browns are much of a muchness but it’s the Irish Sausage you need

Also, try their White a pudding ;)

Isn't a Fry (as in Ulster Fry) different to a Full Irish?
Which is different again to the Full English.

Anyway, Australia doesn't have a clue.
This was the latest. note the incorrect beans and spinach. I asked for fried eggs too.

There will always be garnish or something green on.

This was the closest I found to a greasy spoon - a truckers cafe. Still had garnish.

I was very excited to black pudding on the menu, but it was horrible. It had honey in FFS.

Quite often the sausage will be chorizo  It will repeat on you for the rest of the day

However I do make sure I always keep the makings in the freezer/cupboard so I can do it myself, without garnish. Clonakilty Black Pudding is now stocked in one of the supermarkets and one of the butchers does a decent version.

A lot of those still look better than I've had at decent hotels in the UK

Over a hotel breakfast last weekend I was reminiscing with my wife about the breakfast at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. That was amazing, the thing which really stood out being biscuits and white gravy topped with a piece of southern fried chicken. Not exactly what we call breakfast but really good.

Hotel breakfasts are usually disappointing for the money. We did have a nice one in lincoln a while ago which was enhanced by this brown sauce which is really good (buy in waitrose).

American breakfasts blow my mind - Chicken Fried Steak, as in steak, fried like chicken. For breakfast
Then you use the grease pan that it was fried in to the make the gravy. Gravy by default is white in the US. Brown gravy is called Brown Gravy

Must be an Aussie cook - note the garnish

Lets put a little fruit garnish on to make it healthy
