and then twatted someone in the pits? He's been banned from even thinking about motorsport for 15 years.

Sounds reasonable.

Yep - the guy he attacked was only a kid, wasn’t he...

No mention of any action against his father (the owner of the track) who attacked the victim in the pits.

Apart from banning him from tracks that he doesn't own I can't see they have any power, it would be a criminal matter.Jimmy Choo wrote: Wed Apr 21, 2021 8:58 am No mention of any action against his father (the owner of the track) who attacked the victim in the pits.

If he can't race competitively at a high level, then that basically is a lifetime ban, surely - no more experience of actually racing regularly with skilled opponents from around the globe; He'd probably never get above national level, and even then, local associations might not want to have him on the track either (they just don't get the press asking them for their opinions). Then again, back when this first kicked off it was inferred that he wasn't that good anyway and he was only on track Because Nepotism.
I am also surprised nothing has been mentioned of the father - the track owners - actions. Perhaps separate action?

Wasn't the fathers track taken off the calendar (permanently?)

I can't see anything relating to that being the final decision, just that the license for the circuit was suspended after the incident, pending investigation.
