I wonder what kind of non disclosure agreement he has, waiting to see if he slags them off as useless and not listening to him
Hasn't Paddy Lowe been out of the team since before the start of the season? This is just official severing of ties.

Yep, he was used as the scape goat when the car wasn’t made ready on time for the pre-season test.

He has, but it’s not to say he hasn’t been consulted On in an informal capacity, as he was still an employee- now he’s officially separated, it might make some difference. Also now no longer employed by Williams is he now free to comment on them in the media?

He’ll almost certainly have signed a 2-way non-disparagement agreement.

It's good to see McLaren at the right end of the grid but man that was a boring race. Ferrari, get your shit together! I'd sack Vettel for Riccardo. And well done 6-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.

I think at his current rate he can claim it not too long after the summer break, potentially around two thirds of the way through. Kind of makes me want the budget cap and I’m a Hamilton fan!

Not sure how much a budget cap would help, Ferrari and Red Bull are on a similar budget to Mercedes and clearly aren’t using that money as efficiently. Too much pizza and red bull stopping their brains working.

I do wonder whether we will see Alonso back next year. He is not a man who is prone to mistakes and I wonder how close the fight might have been last year with Alonso in the Ferrari v Hamilton in the Merc! When Alonso was in the Italian team, they made a few errors but he didn't from memory.

I suspect it won't happen but he did a second stint with McLaren so who knows.

Won't he be trying to engineer himself into the right car to complete the hat trick of FI champ, Indy and Le Mans winner. From memory that would be a unique set of gongs.

Would be in the modern era Graham Hill did it) but after not qualifying this year I wonder f he is going to look again at what he wants. He may well end up doing a full season of Indycar if he can get into a decent team though.

He’ll just get huffy, make terrible decisions and end up in a shit car.

No, his MO is to leave a team just as they come good and join a team just as they turn shit.

Those budgets are ridiculous.

What happened to "Race on Sunday, sell on Monday"?

Now it must be "You have to sell on Monday so we can afford to go racing on Sunday"
