And he’s justifying it now because the guy got free offered free legal services but didn’t go ahead with bringing forward legal proceedings.
He’s probably an expat because he wanted to get away from all this bullshit and not looking to sue everyone like your typical city dwelling tower.

The diver chap doesn't have to commence proceedings within mere days. According to the papers yesterday he is already bringing proceedings but if he weren't, Musk bringing it up again would no doubt cause him to. Idiot.
Even if the allegation were true, Musk almost certainly won't have any evidence to prove he knew or had an honest belief that it was true when he tweeted. And he's the one who has to prove it's true. He's just an utter idiot.

I did wonder if there was a lawyer jumping on the bandwagon and that was a suggestion of what they could do for the claimant if he instructed them, but either way it's a pretty solid case.

The whole thing is a bit weird, you wouldn’t go out calling a person a pedo publically just because of a disagreement, especially if you’re a billionaire ‘genius’ but then again it is Musk

Even if Musk had solid evidence the allegations are potentially true then the diver dude would have to go through a fair trial for that to even stick. Even then, at the time Musk tweeted the comments, he wasn't even alleged to have done anything opalong those lines let alone be convicted.
