44Teeth and BvG remain favourites, particularly 44T right now as it features plenty of James.

That sentence will only make sense to some
The current BBB Italia is excellent, it's crude but just the right side of funny. The Strawberries t-shirt had me in stitches.

Dave!
Even MrsREV loves 44Teeth. I think she might have a thing for Sue Perkins.

Sue Perkins needs to start releasing some content on his HP Race that was quietly sat behind the two Italians in the last episode.

It takes a little remembering given the industrial-level of boozing we'd done that day but I actually had a good sniff around one at the Malaysia MotoGP last year, including picking up a bare c/f frame, which was like picking up a box that you think will be heavy but is actually empty. Incredible machine.

Anyone planning on going to the NEC Bike Show this year? 17 - 25 Nov. I'm probably going opening weekend.

Will almost certainly go. Went to the last one with my eldest and bumped into Mr Rainbird, formerly of this parish, on the Suzuki stand.

I bought a Honda MSX125 (a.k.a. Honda Grom) on Wednesday. I hadn't bought anything stupid since getting the Transit so thought it was about time. It's one of the new style ones in red like this:

It's slower than shit but that's not really the point. It badly needs a loud exhaust though, I'm debating whether to get a high or low level Tyga system, or go for something more exotic on WeBike. Some Renthal bars and some Chinese eBay CNC rear sets might also be on the cards, but I want to avoid getting into four valve heads and 180cc big bore kits.

The LED headlight is nice, but not the eyeburner I was hoping it might be. It's a 2017 with 1750 miles on it, paid £2100 which I think is ok. The local Honda dealer have an OG 2015 model with 5000 miles on it that they are entertainingly asking £2300 for - totally new ones can be had for £2950. This kind of kite flying for used examples seems to be par for the course.

It's so bloody tempting! Groms are bizarrely cool.

And 👍🏼 to the exhaust!

Doing the Bikesafe course tomorrow so I’ve just re-fitted my standard exhaust. I plan to keep the engine in Rain mode all day because I’m not sure I’m capable of not exceeding the speed limit otherwise.

They run those round here too, they’re very good.

When I started doing my RoSPA training I ran my RT in rain mode for the same reason, until my brain recalibrated to the sensory info of doing 60. My natural speed always seemed to be about 75 :)
