What an utterly pointless thing. The aperture it comes out of the ground is seemingly the same width as the screen so you could have an unfoldable version of the same size that just rises vertically out of the ground.

But then you wouldn't need to spend £300k...

Noticed this for sale down the road from a place I was visiting the other day, lovely place, really looks like a great mix of styles and space. Also It was up for £4.5m earlier this year, now at £3.5m and not sold.

Lovely - unfortunately the interior does look like it has been designed to emulate an upscale version of newbuild home in Essex... That can be fixed quite easily with mostly just paint, flooring, etc.

There's definitely too much millenial grey, it looks like it was decorated in that period a few years back when removing every last trace of colour was somehow popular. Defintely a great canvas to work on though, I love how it's a large house, but feels very homely with well proportioned rooms.

That's about 83.724 bazillion times more attractive than that 3500 sqft townhouse over 5 levels you posted previously. :ugeek:

Offer them £1.9 milly due to the upcoming mansion tax.
Think of the headache you’ll save over renovating your current place 😉

That's not far from me, and cheaper than some in the area.

The right amount I'd say, one in one out. :)

Decor would have to change, but it does tick a lot of boxes!

Still seems pricey for a terraced house in Newcastle. Highest price achieved in that conservation area previously is nearly £200k less in Feb 2025.
