Bins have just been emptied. That's 12-14 four pint bottles gone (collections have been missed for quite a while). I should have saved them and sold the storage capacity on the open market!

The silly thing with this argument is that if we don’t stick with it now until we’re sure we have a handle on it, we’re just increasing the likelihood that we’ll have to do it again.

What really surprises me is how little time many companies can weather a problem like this.

I would have thought any reasonable company could handle a problem like this for 3 months or so but they just can’t. Is this an example of how bad companies are run or how little they earn in percentage terms compared to their profits ?

It's apparent that the handle is to be able to cope with large amount of deaths as that seems more likely than someone pulling a vaccine out of a hat.
