You're quite right, and well made watches do have screw heads that all align (you can see that in the image of that YouTube video above on the watch on the left)

The screws on the actual watch face are worse because you can see that whoever assembled it was trying to align them all horizontally but each one is off by just a little.
How about not having a sig at all?
