Why do they all advertise that they “buy cars for cash”?
Do some dealers use other items as a form of currency? Potatoes? Sex? Chihuahuas?

I guess it's for people who are in the shit and wouldn't be able to cash a cheque as it would just get swallowed up in overdrafts and so on. Y'know - poor people.

You know they ain't pricey, right? And the software is free (unles you want to make changes, in which case you can get a free upgrade temporarily IIRC, and a full license ain't much)
Anyway, I've knocked the whole idea on the head, to be honest. Seems like more of a ballache than it's worth.
