Good to see the usual thread of "I'm off for the next 300 days suckers!!" is alive and well!

Only 3 days in the office next week, back on the 2nd. Carrying over loads of hols and have a project lined up with a local charity for January, so will happily 'double dip'.

Finished my big accreditation for this year today. Which means I have literally nothing left to do for this year now. Although I'm 'working' 3.5 days next week I'll probably spend them reclined in front of the TV in my pants. My company rocks!

Sounds like you work at the same place I’m at. Mandatory 3 week break - that they only confirmed really in the last week.
Think I know where you both are. Going to be a ghost town next week.

Finish on the 21st, go back on the 2nd.

Going straight it with the works lot on the friday and plan to get mighty pissed.

Mother in laws on Christmas Day, hopefully the hangover will have dropped enough that I can drink my way through Christmas day.

Other than that, no real plans other than try and put on a stone.
Cheers, Harry

I essentially finished on Friday with a brief end of year meeting and massive lash up. Some cunt stole my TNF insulated jacket which included my wallet containing debit, credit & AMEX cards, driving license and a whole £5. Twunts went on a late night spending spree too.

I've got Mon, Tues & Wed off with Thursday as a team day on the razz and Friday in the recovery position. Shouldn't really start back properly until the 7th.

It’s quite common. Change embargos over the Christmas period, all project work halts. No point having a load of contractors sat around twiddling their thumbs.

Given the choice, I’d probably work through, bar the bank holidays.
