They were working the other day. Looking at the URL structure I suspect a time-limited token that's since expired. Try getting a fresh link link to the images and updating the post.

Hi Did u manage to sort this out ? I’m in exactly the same place for 2mins and got a £60 ticket I didn’t see no signs.. thanks Richie

Before you do anything else please visit
http://forums.pepipoo.com as they will advise you best regarding what to do depending upon the type of ticket.

You can have double yellows on a privately owned road. A Traffic Regulation Order can be applied to public highway, which it sounds like this is.

If it isn't in anyway restricted then it could be argued to be public highway

The signage doesn't mean there isn't a proper TRO for the lines though. You'd have to find that out from the local highway authority.
