Parking fine advice please.
Re: Parking fine advice please.
Which goes back to my point. If it's a private road, where's the 'broken contract'? IANAL but I'd fight this one.

They were working for me the other day, just a greyed out round sign thing now.
Cheers, Harry

They were working the other day. Looking at the URL structure I suspect a time-limited token that's since expired. Try getting a fresh link link to the images and updating the post.

Re: Parking fine advice please.
Before you do anything else please visit http://forums.pepipoo.com as they will advise you best regarding what to do depending upon the type of ticket.
That would be my best advice.

Re: Parking fine advice please.

You can have double yellows on a privately owned road. A Traffic Regulation Order can be applied to public highway, which it sounds like this is.

How is it not? Is it gated?
If it isn't in anyway restricted then it could be argued to be public highway

The signage doesn't mean there isn't a proper TRO for the lines though. You'd have to find that out from the local highway authority.
