I've not come across even one person who setup a tribe and already had an online following (those were the ones who were setting up tribes before it launched) who has a good thing to say about it and/or still contributes. Seems a shame after all the brouhaha. As somebody implied though, there seemed to be assumption it would work and that it was needed.
