A bunch of people were talking about their sleeping habits at lunch today and someone from the office who knows about how little sleep I get chips me into the conversation. Cue a bunch of people telling me about how unhealthy it is to sleep as little as I do, like I don't already know that

.
Now that I've tipped the balance to more days sober than drunk, drinking really fucks with my sleep. I sat up till about 6 on Sunday morning drinking rum, which meant I spent the day napping and ended up wide awake at 3.30 monday morning. That was me for the day so I ended up being knackered before I'd even really started.

It's the ones I say 'oh what's wrong with you, I can sleep fine' who piss me off. I swear one day it'll be some cunt in a wheelchair who says it to me and when he does, he's getting tipped the fuck out to the tune of me going 'oh you can't walk? That's odd, I can walk just fine, how strange'.

Waiting for the day that you can vent your rage on a helpless cripple. Classy
Insomnia is awful. Avoiding alcohol and getting lots of exercise is the best thing for it ime.
Not currently suffering myself. I have been waking at approx 4am for a few months now. Getting used to it tbh as it's nice to have some time alone.

I don't have problems like many of you, but waking up now and feel wide awake is annoying.
The night sky is clear and starry, the night air lovely and fresh, it would all be rather pleasant if I wanted to be up now, but I don't. Arse.
