Yep. And I don’t think it's necessarily Starmer that people have an issue with. Yes he comes across as a mindless robot with pre-programmed responses, but he is otherwise a fairly safe pair of hands. It's the economic policies that have crucified their vote.

I suspect that Streeting and Burnham have way to many skeletons in closets, and if either takes charge it don’t be long before those skeletons are aired. One's part of the Mandelson cabal and the other has too long a history of burying inconvenient truths.
