I believe the IOC does test for testosterone and they were allowed to compete on that basis.
According to Sky Sports yesterday, the IBA tested for testosterone but the IOC didn’t and said “It says woman on her passport, she can fight”.
For me, a trans woman should not be in a boxing ring with a biological woman, but yesterday’s situation isn’t straightforward.

The IBA specifically said that they didn’t test for testosterone. It’s one of the caps I posted for Dave! earlier.

It doesn’t necessarily but usually it does.
In this instance it’s more likely to signify a a genetic disorder as she’s biologically female.
If anything this should finally kill the smug regard that terfs have for their primary school understanding of science. It won’t, but it should.

Also you can bet this whole thing would not have kicked off if it was a black woman who lost the fight. It’s only because a white woman was scared and started crying that it became a thing.
Anyway, looking around the hellsite twitter, this on the other hand suggests that XY DSD does confer physical advantages.

There's loads on again today although I'm mainly watching rowing men's eight final at 10.10am and will have the men's road race on in the background all day from 10am - 4pm because they're doing 272km
