If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.

Needless to say, after 6 Porsches over the last 20 years, I have to agree.
Re: CTIIRWOIWAHO
Today’s want is the lesser spotted E43 Wagon.
Ideally need a 2400kg towing capacity which is hard to come by other than the big 4x4 stuff but whilst they tow great are compromised all the other time.
So many options, all too expensive

Good darts
Given you’ve got the 911 does this need to be fast, or does it just need to burble and cruise with the roof off? I reckon you might do well to enjoy it for what it is, pop an exhaust on treat it as a rolling restoration. You won’t loose money and you won’t be disappointed when you drop thousands into modifying and you aren’t happy with it
Or go for the 11 litre blown big block and drag axle

Re: CTIIRWOIWAHO
I was getting impatient and considered paying someone to collect and deliver the Camaro for me until I got a few quotes. I think the cheapest was £325. The train fare to go and get it myself once the lockdown is lifted is only £99 and I can probably arrange it that I go to the office in London, and therefore only have to pay the London to Brighton part of the fare.

That’ll be a long day out
Don’t do it on a Friday unless you’re willing to hotel it and travel back on the Saturday, sitting in an older, unknown car in traffic on a Friday night is a big gamble.

Re: CTIIRWOIWAHO
Can it not be classed as essential somehow? Will be a much nicer trip with reduced traffic
Cheers, Harry
Re: CTIIRWOIWAHO
that sounds realistic, transport for the BMW was about £140 to get it from Lichfield to Leeds and that's only 100 miles.NotoriousREV wrote: Mon May 04, 2020 10:27 am I was getting impatient and considered paying someone to collect and deliver the Camaro for me until I got a few quotes. Waiting hours for the AA truck then getting home at 2am with a questionably big bill lurking is not an adventure

Ste lives not too far from Brighton and his dad lives in Manchester, maybe he needs to drop some essential shopping off?
