You wouldn't have to. I'm guessing it's weed killer that was being sprayed.
Probably. I've been spraying glyphosate along paths etc this week whilst wearing the correct PPE (disposable suit/wellies/nitrile gloves). Got more than a few funny looks from behind twitching curtains

Apparently USA have found a cure. I do not think so.
Cycling back to this.

Currently 4 drugs in trials.

2 aids meds
1 Ebola
1 malaria

Plus it’s seems both a Japanese developed flu drug and tamiflu may also be effective.

The aids meds are in trials in Australia. The Ebola med in trials in Italy and the USA.

So some hope.

I went to Tesco first thing to get some essentials and to pick up my brother's shopping.

Some observations:

The car park was full at 6AM when I got there. It was less busy when I came out at 7AM.

I noted the coughs of a few people on the way in.

I saw one old hag not even cover her mouth whilst she coughed walking around the store.

Some families were clearly getting around the '3 items pp limit' by going in with 2 or 3 family members, each with their own trolley.

There is a clear distinction between those just trying to do a normal shop and those who were hoarding. I felt like coughing in the face of the later.

A lot of people are just scum. No other word for it.

Yeah, one of the waiters was on R4 this morning. What good has done to throw them out of the accommodation too with one days notice?!!

A friend of mine (or his wife, I'm not sure) seems to think that working for John Lewis in finance and having to get the year end done, makes him a key worker.
I suspect if they apply saying they work for Waitrose they'll probably get approved for it as well.

I work in telecoms and that is, allegedly, being considered as part of the expanded temporary key workers setup.

No, but most of our staff do....and one of them has a wife who is a childminder so it's relevant to her, because otherwise they were going to literally have no income.

Wow. Have been to that hotel many times over the years. Shocking. Always have lots of foreign labour, so that will be even more challenging for them.... :?

I wonder when the effects of zero hour contracts eventually come home to roost.

I felt the pre-emptive measures for financial assistance were strange
